What are the best Lyre® clips to use for a 28mm diameter microphone?
For microphones above 22mm, Duo-Lyres® are usually the best choice: they will hold mics up to 34mm in diameter.
We have 30mm Single Lyre variants, but these do not feature our unique rubber insert which is incorporated in our other Lyre systems to provide superior grip and isolation.

Which InVision suspension would you recommend for the Josephson C617?
Both INV-7 series mounts will work well with the C617: the choice really depends on how you will be using the mic (in particular, whether any slip-on wind protection will be applied in the form of, for example, a Classic- or Super-Softie®).
If slip-on wind protection is to be used, the INV-7 HG MkIII would be the best choice, since it is designed to support the mic from the rear and allows a reasonable amount of weight to be added to the front. The standard INV-7 supports the mic along its length, and can only handle a foam windshield + Windjammer® at most.
More information about our InVision INV-7 series of mounts can be found here:
Will the Røde NT4 fit into a BBG windshield?
Unfortunately, we do not currently manufacture a BBG windshield for the Røde NT4.
Will the InVision Video Hot Shoe work with a 34mm diameter mic?
The InVision Video mount incorporates a Duo-Lyre®, which will hold mics with a diameter of up to 34mm.
Please note that we do not recommend using large, heavy mics on a camera shoe, since this is often a weak point. Using a large and/or heavy mic with the InVision Video Hot Shoe is not recommended.

Which Windjammer® is best for a 40/55 foam?
For the 40/55 Foam, a Special 60 Mini Windjammer would be the most suitable solution.
This is slightly larger than the foam itself, but a built-in drawstring will allow you to tighten it.

Can I use a Hot Shoe Extension on my Nikon D800? Is there a risk of short circuiting the camera?
The hot shoe extension will not cause any issues with the D800, since the support bar is non-conductive: there cannot be a short circuit.
Are Super-Shield pods compatible with the old, S-Series windshield?
Yes, the Super-Shield's pods are completely backwards compatible with the S-Series.
Please note that the suspension bar on the new Super-Shield sits slightly further forward, in order to accommodate the shorter rear pod; this can be easily adjusted on the S-Series by undoing the two screws & nuts on the bar.
Please refer to the following video for more information on the Super-Shield:
